Simplify Tables is a seating planner app that lets you build a drag-and-drop seating chart for any event and share it with guests through a single QR code. Create multiple events under one account, try each event free for up to 30 guests, and pay a one-time $9.99 per event only when you need more.

Upload your guest list, drag each name to a table, and share the generated QR code. The first 30 guests per event are free.
Upload a CSV or Excel file, and we will convert each name into a draggable item. Choose the format you prefer and ensure your file has the correct columns.
Allocate each guest to a specific table. Each table has an indicator displaying when its seating capacity is full. Easily search for and access any guest's seating placement.
You can add a description to each table, which appears at the top, helping you match guests with the right table—for example, placing your second cousin Sam at the "Distant Family" table.
Our collapsible tables enhance event management by allowing you to easily minimize table views, quickly scan guest descriptions, and efficiently place each guest in the appropriate spot, ensuring a smooth and organized seating process.
As you drag a guest to a table, your QR code seating plan will update automatically to reflect the latest saved changes.
Enhance your unique guest page by uploading a custom background image and personalizing the event name to create a memorable experience.
Once everyone is seated, use our Canva templates as inspiration for your event - they're all free to use and fully customizable. The templates can be printed in all standard sizes (A1, A2, A3, A4, etc.). Simply hover over any template and click the copy button. Then personalize it by uploading your event's unique QR code.
