At Simplify Tables, we've developed a drag-and-drop table seating planner that's unique in its approach. As you assign guests to tables, our app generates a digital seating plan accessible through a QR code. Once scanned, guests are directed to a list where they can easily locate their seats. The app is designed to be simple and intuitive.

Digital Seating Plan In 3 Steps

1) Upload guest file

Upload a CSV or Excel file, and we will convert each name into a draggable item. Choose the format you prefer and ensure your file has the correct columns.

2) Drag each guest to a table

Allocate each guest to a specific table. Each table has an indicator displaying when its seating capacity is full. Easily search for and access any guest's information.

You can add a description to each table, which appears at the top, helping you match guests with the right table—for example, placing your second cousin Sam at the "Distant Family" table.

Our collapsible tables enhance event management by allowing you to easily minimize table views, quickly scan guest descriptions, and efficiently place each guest in the appropriate spot, ensuring a smooth and organized seating process.

3) Digital seating plan

As you drag a guest to a table, your digital seating plan will update automatically to reflect the latest saved changes.
